- Flamingo applies the World Food Safety Guidelines on Airline Catering (IFSA) covering the HACCP program and Prerequisite Programs in all its processes and is also compliant with other standards such as the Quality and Safety Alliance Inflight Catering Program (QSAI). Additional to these standards, meal are further delivered in line with customer specifications thus ensuring the maintenance of sustainable partnerships.

Included in our staff complement are chefs who have over 20 years’ experience and a vast array of talent spread across our operations, production, quality assurance, security, finance and administration departments.

- No effort has been spared in the acquisition of sufficient and purpose built resources to ensure the successful provision of services. Key to our success is the purpose built airline catering facility constructed at Hosea Kutako International Airport which places us minutes away from the flights we service. A fleet of specialised loading vehicles ensure we are able to load and offload up to Boeing 777 and A330 aircraft.
